***There is no minimum number of riders for these first (3) trail rides from the ranch, so if you are visiting our area by yourself, come on out to the ranch and ride! All of our horses are very loved and well treated, so they are always happy to greet you!! The remaining (3) trail rides listed at the bottom of this page DO have minimum requirements as we are hauling our horses "off site". All of our rides have been created to give you the best possible experience. You can see some pictures from our rides on our "trail rides/ponies" page. (1) Our "Shasta View Ride" is $48 per person for appr. 1 1/2 hours and is our most popular ride... people of all ages have enjoyed this beautiful scenic trail... We DO NOT send you out in large groups if you did not come with one... we strive to make your ride as personal as possible!! This is the only trail ride we offer to families with younger children as they find our other rides too long... We generally start children on their own horse at the age of 8 years old, but depending on the child many 6 and 7 year olds have ridden this trail as well.... 5 and under can ride double with a parent as long as the child can fit comfortably in front of the parent... there is a $20 charge for children that ride double.... you can also leave the young ones at the ranch to enjoy pony rides while you are out on the trail... call for further info and to make your reservation...
(2) Our "Advanced Shasta View Ride" is $65 per person for appr. 2 hours.... we CANNOT take small children on this ride... the scenery is breathtaking, and even those new to horseback riding have been able to navigate the trail just fine....call for further info and to make your reservation....
(3) We have now added a "3 hour advanced combo ride" for $90 per person..... take advantage of the best of both previously mentioned rides.... This ride is very popular for people who like a little more time in the saddle!! Call for further info and to make your reservation...

DIRECTIONS TO RANCH FROM MT SHASTA Take I-5 North passing the town of Weed, Ca. and get off frwy at exit 766.... turn left off frwy.... make immediate right at Texaco gas station onto Old 99.... go 2 miles and turn left onto Cram Gulch Rd.... go 1 mile and turn left at fork staying on Cram Gulch Rd.... continue for 4 miles until pavement turns into a dirt road.... immediately you will see the ranch on the right with the white vinyl fencing....
DIRECTIONS TO RANCH FROM OREGON Take I-5 South just past the town of Yreka, Ca. and get off frwy at Shamrock Rd/Easy St..... turn right off frwy.... make immediate left onto Old 99 and go appr. 1 mile to Cram Gulch Rd.... turn right and continue for one mile until you hit fork in the road.... go left at fork staying on Cram Gulch Rd.... continue for 4 miles until pavement turns into a dirt road... immediately you will see the ranch on the right with the white vinyl fencing....
(4) Our half day ride near McCloud runs $135 per horse for appr. 3 1/2 to 4 hrs. and has a (3) person OR $405 minimum. We take you along a beautiful shaded trail along a stream. The trail has many beautiful trees, ferns and incredible scenery. We end at a beautiful waterfall where you can choose to have lunch after your ride is ended. This is our newest ride and all of our customers said this was definetly a favorite!! Small children (5 and under) would not be happy on this ride as it would be too long for them.... call for further info and to make your reservation....
(5) Our full day excursions into our local mountains run $175 per horse with a (3) person OR $525 minimum, and take you to a beautiful mountain lake ...... the ride is absolutely breathtaking, and runs along streams, meadows and waterfalls...... this ride takes you up and down mountainous terrain. The colors of the scenery on this ride are unforgettable..... we can take beginners and families on this ride, but no small children, as the ride would be too much for them.... call for further info and to make your reservation...
(6) Always wanted to ride along the beach or into the redwoods??? How about both!! We will haul our horses 4 1/2 hours the day before your ride and meet you down at the beautiful California/Oregon coastline. You will ride along 22 miles of private beach, break for lunch, and then ride into the Jedidiah Smith Redwoods .....this ride is a memory of a lifetime!! We have a minimum flat fee to haul this far of $1000 which covers up to 4 horses (same price for only 2 or 3 horses) and includes our fuel and expenses. If you need more than 4 horses the cost of each additional horse is $175... call for further info and to make your reservation...
