You will be riding our personal saddle horses.. They are family members to us and are very loved, well fed and well treated.. Each horse is unique and we try hard to match them perfectly with each rider.. Our goal is a fun, informative and personal experience for each of our guests..
Ride times are flexible however are based on current weather conditions for your comfort and the comfort of our horses.. We HIGHLY recommend long pants and closed toed shoes for your comfort and safety on and off the horses..
*** TRAIL RIDE.... Our 2 Hour Shasta View Ride is $95 per person.. the scenery is breathtaking, offering towering views of Mt Shasta and the surrounding area.. (due to the terrain we have a 8 year old minimum age requirement and a 235 lb maximum weight restriction).. even those new to horseback riding have been able to navigate this trail just fine.. we teach as we go wherever necessary to ensure you have a positive riding experience.. *** RIDING LESSONS.... 1 hour riding lessons in our arena are $55 per person and are great for singles, couples and families who would like to ride a horse but may not be wanting to go on a 2 hour trail ride.. you will learn to ride properly and safely.. in most instances we are able to ride out of the arena and incorporate a 1 mile loop around the ranch....
WHAT TO BRING… Please bring a small 16 Oz disposable water for each person and a snack.. larger waters do not fit on the horse

DIRECTIONS TO RANCH FROM MT SHASTA Take I-5 North passing the town of Weed, CA. and get off freeway at exit 766.... turn left off freeway.... make immediate right at Chevron gas station onto Old 99.... go 2 miles and turn left onto Cram Gulch Rd.... go ONLY 1 MILE and TURN LEFT AT FIRST ROAD staying on Cram Gulch Rd.... continue for 4 miles until pavement turns into a dirt road.... continue straight onto dirt road and immediately you will see the ranch on the right with 5 acres of white vinyl fencing and buildings with red roofs....
